Whew! This is a big topic.
Food chemicals have had a profound effect on my body, and
I've learned a lot about what we are actually feeding
ourselves. I plan to share what I've discovered, and which
symptoms have been alleviated or improved by eliminating
certain foods and chemicals.
From back pain to panic
attacks and heart palpitations, what I put in my mouth has a
direct impact on how I feel. The discoveries are ongoing,
and almost overwhelming at times, but I hope to share tips
on things to be aware of when shopping and eating.
